To go to Patrick's Ferry Public Boat Ramp, from Huntsville, take US 190 toward Livingston. The ramp is on the right before the bridge. It has a two-lane ramp that handles all boat types, with parking spaces for vehicles, and a courtesy dock. No fee is required.
